Sage is one of our favourites; it is so versatile and can be used for a number of dishes.

 

Sage has been traditionally used with fatty meats such as duck, goose and of course pork. It is excellent for stuffing’s and can be found in cheeses.

 

We find it is excellent to be used in Italian cooking and other Mediterranean dishes. We also love to combine it with rosemary and thyme for roasts.
